Our goal is to make our workplace be where people are comfortable in sharing the truth so the truth can be heard.
We want to try to make staff and volunteers feel connected to the ministry by being involved in programs.
When leading, we choose to lead by example, with questions, not answers, to gain understanding.
We are building up the We Need Prayer Ministry based on principles so everybody knows why
we do what we do, and we want the Prayer Ministry to be as inclusive as possible for everyone.

We are currently still putting together our team.
So far we have a great board and a great mission!
