O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you, not fully abiding by all your laws. I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven and the pains of hell, and because of your just punishments, but most of all because they offend you, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance and to amend my life. Amen
Dear God may your people commit to consistent, honest, thorough confessions.
Dear God Please help me to right all the wrongs I have done in life.
Dear God please forgive me for what I have done that I should not have done and for what I should have done that I did not do. And as I would like to have you overlook my faults please help me to forgive and overlook the faults in others.
